What are Zoho's vertical apps?
Zoho's vertical apps are seven industry-specific applications announced on 23 September 2026: Zoho RetailIQ, Zoho AutoDMS, Zoho LOS, Zoho MedScribe, Zoho Campus, a real estate platform and Zoho POS for Restaurants. Unlike general-purpose Zoho apps, each is shaped around one industry's workflows. Zoho also launched Zia Chat, an AI interface, the same day.

On 23 September 2026 Zoho announced seven industry-specific applications: Zoho RetailIQ for retail, Zoho AutoDMS for automotive dealerships, Zoho LOS for lending, Zoho MedScribe for healthcare, Zoho Campus for education, a real estate platform, and Zoho POS for Restaurants.
